7. Is okay that if I sit and observe my child for awhile for the first day?
We understand leaving your child will be difficult for you. You may sit with your child for a couple of minutes, however we strongly encourage parents not to stay for very long as it makes it more difficult for the child to adjust to the new setting. For all age groups, for the first 2 weeks of care, we recommend that new children arrive early (preferably before 9am) and leave by 3pm. Children who have hard time adjusting typically find a full day program to be too long.

8. Do you provide receipts when I make a payment?
Yes, a temporary receipt is provided when a payment is received. Official receipts are issued on the fiscal year-end.
